FARM FRESH TUESDAYS BLOG HOP #27
Thanksgiving not only marks one of the highlights of homesteading life with a table filled with our home-grown foods, but also the point of no return for winterizing projects. Around here, we can expect not only snow, but a frozen ground just waiting for the first big storm. If we don't have some task completed by Thanksgiving, it'll still get done, but you can bet it will be a lot more difficult to achieve.
Thanksgiving is also the first long holiday for the kids from school, and we always plan something special to do with them. Whether it be a planned Christmas shopping trip or visit to the local movie theater, our time with them is special.
Here's to a happy season for you and your family!
Cheers!
