Family Homesteading & Off the Grid Blog Hop #37

family homesteading off the grid blog hop

This morning, we were reminded why we've made the choices we've made where the homestead is concerned. We woke up to the rest of the neighborhood, and eventually the town, being without power or internet connection. Our batteries were fully charged and once the clouds floated away, the solar panels were pulling in a fresh charge.

Have a wonderful day:)

!!!Featured Post from Last Week!!!

Our featured blog post from last week is from Melissa over at the Little Frugal Homestead. There is a great deal of work that goes into prepping a deer stand, and her article really helps de-clutter the procedure. Best of luck this season:)

Thanks so much for featuring my Preparing for Deer Season on the Homestead. We finally got rain so the food plot was planted Monday but now they say we may have rain for Opening Day due to a tropical storm!

We are always so thankful for our solar power when there's a major power outage in the area!
